Country Reviews: Items that should be in your 1st Aid Kit for Motorbiking Trips

A common theme for a quick getaway is to travel by vehicles. It is something that is gaining speed in all parts of the world and it is now common for people to use their motorcycles to travel to the adjacent country or state. This article aims to help you in deciding on all items that should be in your 1st Aid Kit that you would need to bring on such trips, either out of the town or out of the country. Remember that this list is non-exhaustive and I will add more onto the list on a later date.

Band-Aids and Bandages

Band-Aids are a no-brainer. Without band-aids, it would be very hard to repair any small gashes or cuts that you might suffer while cruising in your motorcycle. Band-Aids protects the wound from bacteria, which could be fatal if the skin is exposed for a prolong period of time and it also prevent blood from overflowing, ensuring less of a bloody mess.

While Band-Aids can cover up your small cuts and gashes, when you get into a bigger accident, you would need to have bandages around you. I recommend the bandages that are wrapped in rolls to be most ideal as they consume less space with more quantity. However, before you step out of the house, be sure to learn some basic wrapping techniques, otherwise bandaging would be useless.

Flu Pills

A common ailment a man hates is the flu. The flu prevents a man from accomplishing his work and makes him feel drowsy. That is why on the road, it is best to pack in some flu pills in case you get a severe flu while riding. Even though road side pharmacies do sell flu pills, it will be best to bring some along in case you go somewhere secluded. For the best maximizing effect, carry something strong as you will be needed to be cured very fast in order to get on with your journey on your motorcycle.

Histamine Antagonists

Perhaps you may be wondering what are histamine antagonists. Well, they are for your allergies. It prevents those pesky allergies from swelling up. If you ate something that contain something you are allergic to; for example, nuts, histamine antagonists will prevent your face from swelling up and remove the uneasy feeling.

It is very useful on the road as you do not know what the waiter will serve you. It will also help on the delayed reaction of the allergy, so that even when you are riding you can stop for a while to take in the antagonists.
