Miniature Golfs and Rock Climbing are great sports to connect with your peers. Both breeds competitiveness and fosters friendship. The Legend of the Seas are furnished with such items. Fun Activities on board the Legend of the Seas
Like mentioned before, the Legend of the Seas has a tall grey rock climbing wall. This wall is placed at the back of the ship itself and you can visit it during the day. Normally, there would be instructors on hand to teach novices and supervise climbing. There will be strict rules and safety procedures which the rock climber must adhere to. There is also a scoreboard where the instructors record who climbed the highest for the day. Have a challenge if you feel that you are up for it and climb to the top. There is also a wall for the kids, where the steps are larger and the wall is scaled down considerably, making it not dangerous for kids to play with.
The Miniature Golf Course has more than 10 different holes meaning you can experience different types of golf landscape while playing. The Legend of the Seas also provides the golf clubs and balls for you to use. Compete and complete all 12 holes and see who gets the best score from your friends.
Arcades are also a mainstay in the Legend of the Seas where it is located on the tenth floor of the ship, near the Optix Teen Disco. It features many games like UFO catchers and video games that you will normally see in an arcade.
For the adults, there is a casino waiting for you called the Casino Royale, just sandwiched in between the theatre and Schooner's Bar. Many exciting slots machines are inside of the casino where one can bet using various denominations. Cruising from Singapore will take at least a few hours before the casino is fully operational as the Legend of the Seas needs to move out of Singapore's waters to operate their gambling business. Craps, Blackjack and Roulette are games inside the casino, with poker the most popular in the dimly lighted arena. Be warned though, as the casino operates using American Dollars, meaning Singapore dollars or any other currencies are moot inside of the Casino Royale.
If entertainment is a worry for you on the cruise, be glad that there are entertainment from morning till night with the Legend of the Seas' to-do list. It is packed with various activities like Bingo or communal dances. At night, there are shows organized by Royal Caribbean for the guests to indulge in. Two timeslots are available where musicals and performances will surely dazzle everyone watching the show at the That's Entertainment Theatre. Shows changes every day too. For the final day of the cruise, there is also an entertaining song and dance by the waiters, waitresses and chefs of the Main Dining Room, expressing their thanks to the passengers for being great.
